Faction

Factions come with the normal 2e perks and drawbacks. In addition, they get a new ability that generates Will. Behaviors that reinforce the faction philosophy, or play out the factions weak points generate Will. Will is a long term resource, it never expires except in use. It can be used to help prevent character from dying, and be spend 1-for-1 as Edge. It can also be used to power faction abilities available for purchase in each faction.
